Does anyone know of any way to retrieve files deleted in 98se. (not in recycle bin)

I deleted a folder that contained a couple clips that I cannot recapture. (I accidently selected the folder while selecting other files to be deleted, when the 'file too big for recycle' prompt came up I hit ok because I was not aware that this folder was selected as well.)

Is there any way to retrieve? -Shon
