I found it and it’s “Adam's Flip Video Plugin For Sony Vegas” programmed by Adam Woodworth. The plugin can be downloaded here:

Unless I misunderstood your original request, I don't think this plug-in will do what you want.
From his site:
This plug-in provides a way to flip the video image horizontally and/or vertically while providing practically real-time render speeds for standard definition (SD) footage.

Yes, this plugin is a mirror function not reverse.

I find the Vegas reverse function works perfectly now.

Mike and Marco, you are right. I am looking for a plugin that can flip a photo at the same time as I’m panning (and / or zooming) the image. Therefore I confused the words reverse and flip.

The reason for my question: When I use the flip option in the Event Pan/Crop tool in Vegas and at the same time is panning across a photo, the performance is not so good.

Yes, the flip plugin is great. It's rather quick to be used and the performance is very good.

OK, I'll bite. Why would want to do this? I'm asking because I don't think I've seen this done before.

Mike.

For example, I want a person to look in the opposite direction that he / she is actually doing on a photo, at the same time as I pan in the direction he / she is looking.

All I can suggest is to try using Track Motion to do the flip.
When you go into it, change the "Composite Mode" (upper left corner) from "Source Alpha" to "3D Source Alpha". This will allow you to do 3D rotation. Experiment with changing the numbers in the X, Y & Z rotation boxes to do the flip. You'll probably need to add key frames as well. Good luck with it.

In track motion, Uncheck the LOCK ASPECT.

Grab the node on the right side and drag it to the left. It will Horizontally Flip the image.

Thanks to all of you.
I’ve figured out that it’s probably best to flip my photos in a photo editor and then import the flipped photos into Vegas.

ok .. ? How about using a Transition that Reverses and Spins? Something like 3D Blinds. Not wanting to "split" the photograph up, try setting the divisions to "1" - only a thought?
