To the group:
I now have a slightly different situation that I'd love some thoughts on.
Starting with some rather poor quality progressive MP4's (AVC/aac), I need to use Vegas to do some color correcting and noise reduction, and then render them.
Eventually, I'll use these "new" rendered files for another project where I edit them together for an authored compliant NTSC DVD.
Ideally, I'd like the new individual files (intermediate if you wish) to not be large... as in DV or AVI's.
Again, I realize this crappy situation isn't the best, but I have to make do.
What would be the best workflow and format ?
Thanks again.
Mike
