as i was habitual by 21's right click selection tool.
but this time in 22 when i try to select events so i started just near the last event i want to select then it misses some last events.
I mean to say you have to start selecting from a little far from events.
Not seeing that here. I make sure that when doing it, I can actually see the events that will be selected. It hasn't failed yet.
I changed the video, now create your timeline full like in my video then try to select from last.
even you will notice when you click to select it will start from a small gap. not where u clicked.
I watched the video and don't see where there is an issue. What am I suppose to see?
Based on the uploaded video, I'm not seeing a gap either.
Ok... I still don't get it. It is highlighting what it is being dragged over.

It's a threshold that we have implemented to make the tool less prone to imprecise mouse handling. People tend to throw the play cursor around by clicking somewhere in the arranger. Without the threshold the click which is meant to reposition the play cursor would have to be pixel perfect.
We will evaluate if a smaller threshold will be sufficient and improve the handling.

@iEmby I notice that there's a value called "Default SelectionMode Offset" in Internal Preferences, which defaults to 30. Change it to 0, and we can go back to our old habits.
