Is anybody using this software? I need some help to do my things in the RK.
This seems a wery powerful software, wery stable and can do some helpful shortcut/macro/etc.. freeware or shareware - i don't remember..

My first step should be to replace the ZOOM in time in/out's keyboard shortcut to T/R insead of Up/Down Arrow... And of course push the R for Region key to another.

Wery simple question - but i need some help. Please.

Thank you.

I'm a bit sad to have no answer from you, but i'm more happier couse i have some experience now in programming the RK.

This RK really makes my life easier. It's more simple than i tought. Now i have nice yellow buttons :) to reach some SUB-menu points of Vegas by one click... I have a green button to Show Take Names, i have +/- keys to pitch -and speed- up/down the selected take.. (like in ACID..)
Grey buttons to change the grid...
Dedicated button for the projekt BPM...
whoooaaa!

I realized some great shortcut kinda thing for MUTE, NORMALIZE..
> select the desired take by RIGHT click then press H (Switches), then M (to Mute) or N (to normalize).. Soooo quick...

This was a beautyful day for me.. I've learned - and reached - so much in Vegas..

Now i'm MANY steps closer to my Dreams..

Is there anybody who cares now?

:)

If your looking into having a device to program so that you can have your "one button operation" then I think you should try the contour shuttle pro...

http://www.contouravs.com/cav_shuttlepro_info.html

You get 13 programmable buttons+a shuttle/jogwheel. This has made my productivity go throught the roof!!! If this suites your needs then I'll post my settings that I use for vegas,acid,etc...

I bought mine over at Safe Harbor...

http://www.sharbor.com/

If your a registered cakewalk user of any of their software then you can get it from them for a really great price also from their site.

HTH.

RK = Remote Keys - a free software app that lets you program macros which you run by clicking on a button in a floating on-screen toolbox. You can find out more from Marty Hedlers tutorial: found here (Click on 'macros' at the top of the intro screen)

A basic example: I programmed one of my buttons to act as 'Alt+0' (focus to timeline), and another to move the cursor to the next or previous event edit (for a left or right click respectively).
