I don't have WinME so it's hard for me to test things. If you want you can try two test scripts I made. They contain only very basic things and don't do anything useful, but it would help to rule a few things out.

Here are the results, the word "Form1" appeared in the Windows blue Bar at the top of the message.

I've been using both Visual C# and Visual Basic.Net.

The QuickEnvelope DLL is made with VB because it was originally a separate script. I prefer C# though.
