You can 3D rotate any object in Vegas, but keep in mind the object will be flat as paper, don't expect it to have depth. To get text with 3D depth, you will need to use a text generator plugin like Boris or New Blue (not recommended, NB is very buggy) that supports 3D text, or you can render an animation of the text rotating in 3D using a 3D modeling app like blender or cinema 4D. Vegas Post will likely contain some sort of 3D text generation tool as well, but that is speculation on my part, I have no idea what is or isn't going to be included at launch.

Desktop

AMD Ryzen 7 1800x 8 core 16 thread at stock speed

64GB 3000mhz DDR4

Geforce RTX 3090

Windows 10

Laptop:

ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo 32GB (9980HK CPU, RTX 2060 GPU, dual 4K touch screens, main one OLED HDR)

To enable 3D rotation, change the compositing mode to "3D Source Alpha" and then open the track motion window. You'll notice it gives you the ability to rotate the image/text on XYZ 3D axis.

I forgot to include that in the first post, your answer is in the second one.

thats not what i mean i want to be able to rotate each character individuali

Vegas Pro's ProType Titler does this, but on the Z-axis only. It looks like you're after a rotation on the Y-axis.

i there a way to do what i want with the BCC extruded text?

I don't know, I don't use BCC plug-ins anymore.

Edit:
I just saw BCC Extruded Text is part of HitFilm Pro and I checked it there, but same thing as in Vegas Pro. It allows for rotating characters but on the Z-axis only, at least I didn't find an Y-axis rotation.

Take a look at Blufftitler:https://www.outerspace-software.com/blufftitler

You could do it the hard way, make a track for each individual layer and rotate each one from there.
