Rotating only part of a video?

Dear all, I'm getting the hang of Vegas Movie Studio 15.0. I have a video, parts of which are upside down and parts of which are normal. I'm trying to split the video and rotate the parts that are upside-down, to be right side up.

I can split the video just fine, but when I right-click on a split clip in the Timeline (bottom) and go into Properties and select 180 degrees rotation, it flips the entire video, including the rest of the clips! How do I make it flip only that clip? I do want to rotate it correctly, as flipping it vertically would give me the video with text facing the wrong way.

You have to do it with pan/crop in every splitted event you want it through rightclick and choose "flip vertical" or make first a subclip to alter the properties.
