Rotating vertical video to horizontal (can't control aspect)

I'm inporting and pulling several videos into my Vegas Pro 15 project, all shot on a Motorola Moto G7 plus with open camera.  Most of the videos are 1920 by 1080  landscape, but sometimes open camera or my phone will do the lolly and decide to shoot the video in portrait.

I've come up against a portrait video, and wish to make it landscape within a project (not the entire project), which most of the youtube tutorials seem to be getting at.  When in the one SPECIFIC video event I want to adjust, I click the event pan icon on the bottom right of the video component, and get the video properties box as expected.

However when I adjust either the width or the height (after adjusting the number of degrees of angle) in my case -90, the other aspect keeps changing beyond my control.  If I change the width to 1920, the height changes to 34xx, and then vice versa, change the hight to 1080, the width is then automatically changed to some other unwanted dimention.

The yellow squares in the diagram show the adjustments I'm making and where the problem persists, and the red square is where I should be getting the desired cropping area.

Right click on the Event - Properties - Media Tab where you can alter the rotation?

Thanx.  Got it sorted.  In the rotation propeties box, I forgot to hit the constrain perspective tool, this was still turned on when I was using it.  Now with it turned off, I can control the size.
