rotating video clip

I captured some video from a recent shoot. One small portion was shot with the camcorder turned sideways (don't ask). Is there a way in Vegas to rotate that section of the video 180 degrees?

Pan Crop - change the angle: type in the angle box or drag a corner - 90 or 270 sounds what you need - initially you'll have a black portion each side - you can zoom in to lose this, or leave it or put a colour underneath

Rotating a sideways image 180 degrees is still gonna be sideways. I think you mean 90 degrees, yes?

Ok, I did hat. It worked. However, I tried to do it to another clip, and I can't. When I click on tools, video - the pan tool is now dimmed out, and I can't get it to work. How do I re-enable it?
