Rotation not working

I rotated toe project 180 counter clockwise, and also rotated the media 180 CC. The project is rotated, but the media is not rotated.

I am attempting to render out ave, uncompressed with an alpha channel.

there's no 180 counter option, only a 180.

If I you rotate the project it doesn't rotate the media at all, just the project properties.

I made a project, rotated it, put media on & rotated that. the footage was upside down like i would think it would be.
