CUT is a little helper application which simplifies rough cuts done in Vegas or Movie Studio. It lets you do one of the most basic editing function (cut in and cut out) by using simple hot keys (SHIFT+I and SHIFT+O).
A while ago we had same functions by using Vegas scripting but once the scripts worked and once they failed to work. Also the scripting solution did not work for Movie Studio. CUT seems to be more reliable, though there are two cases left where it doesn't work the way it should.
