You must select Custom Routing in order to select devices other than
the Sound Mapper.

1. Menu -> Options | Preferences...
2. Select the Routing tab
3. Click on "Use a custom bus routing".

This will enable all your hardware by name and disable the use of the
Sound Mapper.
