Ruler Bar states 30fps, but my Project & Media are 60fps - why?

@EricLNZ - No, not stupid. I can't shift away from anything 30. I've tried.

Maybe this are you missing?

@j-v - There's nothing there that hints at 60fps, and away from 30fps. BTW, you're pointing at Audio format? Is that/there a reason?

Yess, the reason was a sample for you on which I made a 60p project with a 30fps timelinesetting.
My normal setting there is "Time & Frames".

Just select "Times & Frames" once for all your new projects as rulerformat and each Project has the right rulerformat.

@j-v - Uhuh . .A sample, which confused me more - not an unusual state for me to frequent.

Just select "Times & Frames" once for all your new projects as rulerformat and each Project has the right rulerformat.

@3POINT - Sure, this is what I had been doing - end of! - However, recently I was reading on the Forums that one of our VegHeads had issues with this and went away from T&F and I got my head turned. I then looked for the 60fps Format.

Anyways, Gents, I shall revert to T&F from now on.
