When I try to start the program I get the following message <RUNDLL Error loading c:\Progra ~\Sony\Vegas
The specified module could not be found.> What do I do next? I had the software on a portable hard drive and transfered it to my c:\ drive with the above error. I uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail.
I can't open the program so I can't answer some of the questions necessary to get answers from the Sony Tech Support Team. The serial number, Version and Build (Build is 55, I found that) and Computer ID are all gotten by opening the program. I have the box, disc and booklet so where do I look?
