Effects / Timecode. There are several styles and parameters you can change for different display styles.

If you add it to an event it will start counting at the beginning of that event. If you add it to a track then it will count continuously from the beginning across all the events.

Thanks, I should have been able found that by myself...

It doesn't have that many options, I would have liked to have just minutes and seconds without the frame counting

What i've done in that case is to add it to an empty track above the rest of the video tracks and then use cookie cutter to block out just the section i want.
