I purchased the upgrade for Samplitude 5 known as the Samplitude 5 Suite, but I didn't get a serial number on the sleeve as was indicated in the email. I tried the ones that were emailed to me when I purchased it, but they don't work. I get error code 14. Feeling ripped off of $200. Please help.
