Do you know if the text generator in V4 vector based?

If so, is it possible to make a plug that has preset text effects like Swish or Flash?

photoshop? thats even sweeter that premiere or AE. unmotionable and unkeyframable though. i really would like to use the Sapphire plugins(www.genarts.com) on VV though. that would be editing heaven.
