Save a single photo from timeline NOT WORKING

I am trying to save a single clip from the timeline..When I have the frame I want to save on the preview window, and click on the floppy icon, nothing happens. Could I have something turned off keep me from getting the clip?
Seems the save to clipboard does not work either..

Be sure your disable the external monitor switch above the preview window and click on the floppy icon above the preview window, not any of the other floppy icons.

THAT DID IT.. I had the ext. monitor selected.. I had been trying all day to figure that out..
