Save As - "Copy media with project" broken

Vegas 11, Build 595: I want to save a copy of my project with all the media so I can move it to another computer. I clicked the "Copy with media with project" option, and tried both the "Copy source media" and "Create trimmed copies" options. However, it doesn't just give me the pieces I need - it copies the entire source files, which happen to be large (2GB each) MXF HD files. So, even though I may have only used 4 seconds from one of those files, I'm getting the entire thing.

Is there a script or something that will do this correctly?

There are only a few file types that will be trimmed, most notably uncompressed and DV. Pretty much any GOP-structure file type will be copied entirely. That's just the way Vegas works.

DV AVI, uncompressed AVI, Sony YUV AVI and Cineform AVI files are the only types that can be trimmed and copied this way.
