Save audio to CD

I have a screenblast file which is audio only. I want to save it on a CD, so it plays in a regular CD player. How do I do this?

Use an application that burns music CDs.
Windows Media Player even does this, I think.

To be more specifice, with your project open in ScreenBlast choose Make Movie and then Save It To Your Hard Drive. Then click on Advanced and under Save As Type choose Wave. This will create a Wave or .wav file which you can use to make audio CDs from Nero or practically any CD burning program.
