save picture from video frame

Is there any way to save a frame/picture as a .jpg or .tiff file to use as a picture, for example on the CD/DVD cover?

Jpg yes, Tiff no.

Just setup your picture you want in the preview windows, change the quality to BEST FULL, click the SAVE icon right above the preview window.
