Save Project to Wav

How do I save my project track as a Wav? I have tried but it does not play.I also tried using the render as function but it is not turned on.

you cannot "save as" as wave. you can onliy "save as" a .veg project file or a .txt edl. you must render. choose FILE RENDER AS and then do it. but make sure you have no busses or tracks being sent to analog outputs. if you have ANY analog outs selected anywhere, then you'll end up with just a silent wave file. i learned this the hard way.
