save / remember edit text value field after reopen

Hello,

I have a script which slipts me event into the time equal parts. I have to enter time value as input to make it work.

How to save edit text value (time value ) to make it show up the same value as previous after reopen the script?
Probably I will have to save the time value to txt file and read it after reopen the script?
How can I do it in vegas pro scripting?

How can I make the script remember the value which I pasted in the previous opening?

Yes, you would need to save the value to a txt file or xml file and then read that file when it starts the next time. You can google how to read/write files in C# as that will be a C# function, not a Vegas function.

Several of the Objects that are available in the scripting interface have a "CustomData" property which can be used to store information like this.
