Save snapshot at markers

I'm editing podcasts in Vegas 7.0e (soon ot be VP8). Up to now we have been doing standard mp3 format but recently for our new season we are moving to Enhanced AAC version to be able to include pictures, chapters and URL's.

What I'd like to do is to add a video track that includes all the titling, pictures and what not at the same time I'm doing the Audio editing. Once the editing is complete I'd like to place markers to indicate chapter points and image changes. Once the markers are placed I need a script to capture a screen shot at that point of each marker. These pictures will eventually, through a Mac tool, be added to the AAC file to make the Enhanced podcast.

If these screen caps could be saved in a folder and named by the marker name that would be perfect. If anyone has something that would be a good starting point or can make a commercially available script that would be great.

Excalibur can take a snapshot at each marker and name it the name of the marker. Ultimate S may be able to do so as well.

Yes it can save snapshots at markers with the marker name as well as save them at timed increments or a fixed count.
