saved masks

How can I transfer saved masks to my other Vegas systems?

You are talking about Pan/Crop masks, I presume.

My suggestion would be to create a project in which you have events to which you have applied the masks you want. Then open the .veg on the other system. You can then open the Pan/Crop on those events (even without the media) and save as a preset on the second system.
