Saving customs

Is there a way to save all of your custom settings that you've created for plugins. I have to rebuild my harddrive and I'd like to burn them to a CD and later copy them back to vegas when I reinstall it.

I think the Sony Preset Mngr does this. It's under the download section (click on vegas updates). I've never used it though so my help ends here. :)

I tried using the Preset Manager. It seemed to make only some of my FX presets available for archiving. I couldn't figure out any pattern behind why some showed up and the rest didn't within the Manager. Anybody figured it out?
