Download the public beta of Preset Manager and save all presets that way. It works great.

Where does one get this "public beta" or do I have to download SF Beta 2? Also - does this thing actually allow preset transfer between apps? Like a SF Preset saved in SF and then used in Vegas/Acid or vice versa?

The public beta is build 99 and build 50 of the preset manager. Any preset that is used in Forge should be able to be seen in any of the apps. So, yes, saving them with the preset manager will do this but it's really for transferring between platforms or computers
