Saving For Email

What is the best way to save a file for email. I have tried the mpeg 1-2 and both are very large after rendering. Any help is appreciated.

You might try Window Media (WMV)- that compresses pretty well. Compressing video to the point that it'll send over email will likely result in a very low-grade image (unless the clip is very short).
