saving used and edited clips only posted in error

I have finished a video project. I would like to save all the trimmed clips and other resources such as still images and audio into one folder so that I discard all the unused rubbish involved.

Is there a way of doing this safely.

I recall a check box in the "Save as" dialog stating, "Copy and trim media with project". This saves the project file and copies the trimmed event audio. Additionally a before and after 'handle' setting. I don't recall if the video media is trimmed as well or includes the entire picture file. It may be slightly different since VP-9. I think the AAF project save dialog has about the same options.
