When I use this checkbox when saving, the VEG file will change the audio data in some instances, very strange. I opened the saved VEG file and while it created new trimmed copies of my source media, the audio and video are no longer lining up, and in some case the audio is totally wrong -- i.e. wave files way out of place or wrong takes utilized, etc. Take a look at this webpage I created to illustrate what is happening:

It is a great feature but if it is changing stuff on its own, it is not reliable. I really wish I could get it to work as it would save me a lot of time for archiving projects. Anyone seen this happen before?
