Saving Work ??? HELP

Once i mix my tracks and try to save as, my only options are save as Vegas Project File, or EDL Text file. How do I save as wav/mp3 ?? Im also using Sound Forge for My music. all i want to do is mix tracks and save? Whats going on ?

In Vegas > Render as.. In Sound Forge > Save as... In both > click Help.
