Scene change detection afterwards

Is there a way to detect scene changes in Vegas 4 afterwards? I have an computer created AVI (a screen capture) where I want to create markers where my scene changes.
If possible I'd like to export the markers to a text file for external program processing. How do I do that?

Look at the Edit Details screen. You can find details about each of the markers which can be copied and pasted into word, excel, notepad...
