Scrapbook page template

I was looking at muvee Reveal and I noticed they have templates for surrounding pictures and video that give a nice look. One is like a scrapbook page so that inside the page is the action as if a picture from a scrapbook came alive and showed the movie of the event as you looked at the page. Then the transition is the page turning to show the next set of photos or video.

I was wondering is anything similar can be recreated in Sony Vegas. I know there is the effect of page roll but that is really just a generic effect not like a scrapbook page that would look like the page the photos were in. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hm, it is very labor intensive with Vegas. I did something similar a while ago using free photoscape:

Your example was very nice but what I would like to do is then have the pages look like they were opening to the next page. I was hoping that if other movie software had templates that maybe Vegas had some somewhere or had a way to create them. It seems that Cyberlink Power Director also has templates. I guess it is just wishful thinking but if anyone has an idea I would be glad to take suggestions.
