Greetings all. Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to help.

I've had some successful screen captures in the past. My old files still open without issue, but for some reason now, when I screen capture, save or import, rather than seeing a picture in the file when loaded in vegas pro, its a blank image with a little blue media play icon, and nothing is loaded in the timeline for viewing. Then I get an "error opening" message.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
