Screen Capture Not Detecting Any of My Screens?

I reset my computer recently and I think this may be the reason for this change.

Vegas Capture has always worked for me, but now when I open it, only the webcam shows up and none of my 3 screens appear? I shut down my system and started it all back up and still no screens show up. I'm wondering if this is a setting thing somewhere? I couldn't find anyone else with this issue, to know where the block is coming from.

I tried Zoom sharing my screen to make sure that other Apps could detect my other screens and it worked jsut fine. I re-downloaded Movie Studio Platinum 17 and all my screens are detected. So this is Vegas 18 specific.

I'm having similar issues.

Vegas Capture in Vegas 18 only lists one of my three screens, but even then, it shows as black in the preview (but the cursor is visible for some reason) and nothing gets recorded.
