Screen recorder create 3 files

Hello to all,

A few days ago I installed VMS 17 and I have a problem with screen recorder.

Everytime I make a screen record it creates 3 files in the captures folder.

With the sound in one of the 3 files and the movie in another file.

Or sometime no sound at all.

Can I do a screen recording and have only one mp4 file with video and sound togheter?

When I stop recording a screen and click to open the recording in VMS 17 I get the error:

Cannot parse the file in VMS 17.

Am I doing something wrong, can someone please help?

I don't know why this is happening to you. It doesn't happen for me and I can't replicate it.

It's same here, but it's not an issue. The three files are video only, audio only mono, audio only stereo.

I guess I was looking in my media window, in which it all shows up as one file.

After spending many hours on this screen recording feature and watching

several video's on Youtube I've given up. It seems that this screen recorder

still needs some work to work flawlless and smoot.

Allso, When it works the audio and video is out of sync.

I hope that we soon will get an update on this recorder
