So, Much like the Title says, Out of NO where, my Video now is being displayed off centered and is far to the right (And its coming around back from the left) No idea why out of the 4 years it just decided to do this and literally cant seem to fix it. Attempted to look it up, No answers. This is not a instance of "Footage being 720 But Project being 1080p"

The left Image shows the issue, while the right one shows How it SHOULD look like...

Whats more strange is by setting the quality to "Draft" it some how

fixes itself but all other Qualities messes with it again. this shows up in render to which is most irritating.
