Script for clipping from timestamps?

VidMate I use OBS to record. I have a plugin that writes a timestamp to a .txt file whenever my assigned key is pressed. Does anyone know enough scripting to write a program that would take the timestamps and then clip (i.e. cut out the space between the timestamps) the recordings, (with roughly 30 seconds before the button is pressed). This would streamline my work process so much and would save me so much time. The timestamps are written in H:MM:SS format.

Would anyone be kind enough to help/point me in the right direction to write this script as I have no experience with javascript and very little with programming in general.

There is a tool in the HappyOtterScripts Free Tool Library that may be of use to you. Here's the UI.

And the link. https://tools4vegas.com/timestampstomarkers/

More details would be needed to write that specific script. But what you're asking could be done.
