Script icons for toolbar

When using js scripts in Vegas Pro 8, I find that the icon PNGs that worked with those scripts in Vegas 7 don't work.

Is there a new trick to what the icons need to be to be used in Vegas Pro 8? Maybe a different resolution for the icon or something?

Check this thread

The magic is transparency and 32 bit 16x16 icons. No animated icons, though (or I do not know how to make those).

All the other "rules" apply: name the .png according to the script and store it in same folder.

They didn't. The icons were 16x16 before. They're 16x16 now. The only difference is that previously the icon files were 16x32 giving you a normal 16x16 and a "hover over" 16x16.

The hover over is automatically taken care of by dimming icons not active and brightening them as you hover over just like all the other themed Vegas icons. So they still change when you hover.

True, yeah, that works...

I did like the hover over icon change, but I can certainly live without it. :)
