Script or ? for NewBlue Stabilizer batch

Is there a script or a tool (also payable) that can utilize the NewBlue stabilizer (bought it recently) to stabilize a batch (some hundreds) of videos??
I know and use the New Deshaker script, but would like to use the NewBlue stabilizer for these clips...

Scripts can not do this, they can apply stabilizer to clips as an effect, but can not control the internal plugin's options (Analyse button) :(
