SCRIPT: Slide Show To Markers

Grazie wrote on 4/23/2003, 4:39 AM
Anybody used this new script? Like to hear others feedback before I take the plunge.

It's on the Sundance Tutorial Site:

Sounds a like an answer to a maiden's wish! Steady on boys!

Hiyah Steve! From what I understand the script will place "stills" at your pre-deisgnated "marker" points. Sooo..... you could

1. Place an audio clip - music with a beat.

2. Tap the M key place markers on the T/L - on the beat!

3. IMport stills into the Media Poll

4. Select these same stills

5. Activate the Script and, my understnading is that, the Stills are palced along the t/l AT the Markers. - Soooo you now have Stills placed at/on the Beat of the music.

Anyway, that's how I understand it. Haven't tried it yet - was asking if someone has done it yet - that's all!

I went to the site - signed up, etc. - but still don't seem to be able to access any of the tutorials or forums ("No tutorials were found").
What little button am I missing?

If you are using Netscape Navigator the site may not work for you.

I've tested it with Netscape and Mozilla without trouble. If anyone sees otherwise, please let me know the particular error and I'll take care of it. As regards the absence of files and tutorials, I've been trying to reproduce that without success. Make sure you're using http://www.sundancemediagroup.com/help/kb/ as your link and it should work fine. If you're seeing some error, again, let me know and I'll take care of it. Thanks.

BTW, this is the link to the script: http://www.sundancemediagroup.com/help/kb/kb_download.asp?id=188

Just installed XP on a new system, no updates yet (XP1 or other), privacy in IE is set to Medium and I get absolutely nothing no matter what I choose over at the Sundance site. Registration info comes up fine.

Well, all of a sudden it's working (Sundance)!
Steve672 wrote on 4/27/2003, 6:34 PM
The above download won't work with Netsacape 7.02 but works well with IE. In Netscape all you get is the text file displayed on the screen but with IE you can actually download the file.
