This issue came up over in the video forum: If you keyframed the track and now want to move the event(s), the event will be moved without its corresponding keyframes. I'm sure I'm not the first person to screw up and place the keyframes on the track rather than the clip. Or sometimes I had a reason to do so.

It would be *great* to have a script that could copy the keyframes from the track to the events. Select the track and/or clips, then hit "go". Possible?
