Script to add chapter marker on each clip

Is there a script to add a chapter marker at the beginning of each video clip on a single video track? Would to like to use the DVD player's next and previous buttons when watching recorded sporting events. Is there a limit to how many chapter markers can be added? A football game could go over 100+ plays.

Video Track -> FB_Clip001.AVI <MARKER> FB_Clip002.AVI <MARKER> FB_CLIP003.AVI <MARKER> FB_CLIP004.AVI etc...

The script "add markers to events" is the one to look for.
DVDA has limit of 99 chapter markers in a project though so you'll have to find a workaround for that.

There is a script on the VASST site by John Meyer that will place markers at media changes and another that will place markers at transitions but I didn’t see a free one that just places markers at events. Ultimate S can do this as can Excalibur but they must be purchased.

You can always download the free trial of Ultimate S and use it for this purpose for 15 days. Still, there should be a free script floating around that will do this.

The free Add MarkersToEvents script I was referring to was written by jetdv (Edward Troxel)l and is available on his site.
