Don't have a script but try this:

Select first T/L marker. Hold down Shift + click last T/L Marker.
All markers are now selected.
R Click any T/L marker and select Delete.

To get markers back rerun script that ships with Vegas to Promote Markers.

Right click the "Command Markers" bar and choose Delete All?

It'd be nice in general to be able to save marker sets of any type.

Regarding command markers...if they're available in the edit details view you could copy them and the paste them into text files.

Well, Vegasaur can save markers in a file and reloads them from a file (not free though)

I have it. The thing about a multi-tool like this is that you forget about some of the things it does.
