I've installed V4 and when I try to run scripts Vegas tell me that I must install Microsoft.NET framework, well, I instal, this and..... Vegas still tells me the same "failed to initialize the scripting engine. Please install the .Net Framework"

What happens?

My windows version is XP home spanish, and the .NET framework is in spanish to, could be this the problem?.
