I'm asking this question for a colleague of mine (he has Vegas/DVDA2, but never visits the forums).
Is it possible to put scrolling text on top of the Main menu using the "Birthday Theme" DVDA2 template found here on Sony's site?
I told him no; but that he COULD put a static image on one video track in Vegas, add scrolling text (with a transparent background) on top of that and render out to an avi or MPEG2 file in Vegas. He could then use that file as a looped background in DVDA2.
Do you agree with my method, or is there a way to add scrolling text on the canned theme's main menu?
