Can you adjust the whole timeline left or right ?

i.e. say you recapture and it is out by a second or two. Can all the edits be adjusted by a second or two - left or right by moving the underlying source ?

I realise this is probably not necessary.
Batch capture seems to do a good job if you save the capture settings.
And whole of tape seems to be consistent.
Adjust left or right - even a trimmed project too ??

Perhaps a scenario where this could arise is a damaged tape and altered start and finish time. Perhaps using a different model capture some time later.
Maybe only 1-3 secs difference.

I would think that the problem would only apply to the first clip being recaptured. Each successive clip would begin fresh at a time/date code change, unless of course there was more damage farther down the tape. But, in any case, your scenario should affect very few clips rather than most of the clips.

Simple adjustment: find the clip that is out of sync, hold the Alt key down and drag left or right. This will move the clip within it's event without changing the start and stop points of the event or any keyframes or markers. Basically it slides the clip back and forth within it's event "window".
