In Vegas 5 how can I create a search light effect:
1) similar to Hollywood premiere (verticle bands of sweeping lights)
2) similar to car headlights sweeping across an object (round pools of moving light)
3) 1 or 2 above across two video tracks. For instance I have a .jpg of an event admission ticket that I've animated in 3D [thank you Sony :-)] spinning into place in the center of the image [kind of PIP]. The second track is the crowd dancing. How can I get the search light effect to sweep across both at the same time?
