Secondary Color Corrector

I've been reading about a Secondary Color Corrector effect. I'm using Vegas 9 Platinum Edition. Is this effect only available in the Pro version?

Yes, it's only available in the Pro versions.

You can do kinda the same effect by using the Aav ColorLab plugin, which is free.
